When I saw the movie Latter Days I feel in love with this song. A quick background with out spoiling to much. Julie, played by Rebekah Johnson, gets signed to a record label and is trying to write that first big hit that will make her famous. She is having trouble until she ends up reading Christian's diary. She takes a part of a poem he wrote and turns it in to this. If you are planning on seeing the movie then I would suggest that you do not watch the video since it is taken from the movie and does contain spoilers for it. For those who are going to watch hope you enjoy.

Love the lyrics
WoW, now that's one kick ass song. The girl has such a powerful voice. WoW. Nice find.

Re: Love the lyrics
I do love Rebekah Johnson's voice. She has two other songs that she sings in the movie.

I love that movie. Have you read Connecting the Dots (it's a WIP that's most likely been abandoned) over at latterdaysfans? It picks up right where the movie left off and is incredibly well-written.

I had no idea. I do not know what I would do with out you? I mean seriously. My fan-fic world would so suck.

I wish she would have continued that fic. The author is the owner of the latterdaysfans comm, which is still somewhat active. I posted an entry there last summer asking if CtD was going to be continued and she deleted my entry within about 10 minutes!

I love that song, too....all the music in that film was great...I don't know why I never got the soundtrack... I need to rectify that!

I got it not to long ago. It is the only Soundtrack that I have ever bought. I think one of the reasons that the music fit so well was because all the songs excpet for one were written by C. Jay Cox and Eric Allaman. They only had enough money to pay for the rights to Windmills by Toad the Wet Sprocket.

Damn, I would LOVE to ransack your CD collection. Neatly, of course.

Normally I would say not but since you said you would do it neatly I guess it would be ok this time.

I would never mess them up! I despise when people just start pulling them from the shelf and flinging them around.

That's just wrong.

Thankfully my friends know I am a little psycho about my collection so they treat them with respect or else.
