True Blood

So I finally caught up on season 2 and 3 of True Blood and how I enjoyed it. Will keep the comments rather vague so in case you have not seen all of it you will not be spoiled. Tara is still my favorite character (So need a Tara icon of two) so it probably comes as no surprise that I was very glad to see Franklin go. Was glad to find out why Sookie is a telepath. Loved Sam's brother Tommy and am a little upset with their last scene. I like Jason a little better but he is still kind of low on the list. The whole Maenad storyline in season two was nuts, I loved it.

For some reason the vampires are not really connecting with me. I have only really Godric liked and we know how that ended up. Oh and Pam. I like her for some reason. I kind of liked Talbot. For some reason he reminds me of Claudia from Interview With the Vampire.

How did you like the way Bill "turns heads" during sex? So sick/hawt!

.P.S I totally want to see Bill/Sam on screen slash!

That scene was so freakin' disturbing. That is the only scene that I can think of that has actually creeped me out in the entire series so far. The heart souffle was kind of gross but that head thing took it to a whole new level.

I was surprised by the slash explosion in season 3. I mean it is Alan Ball so I was expecting it a whole lot sooner.

Dunno what it says about me, but I found it insanely hot. She's so defiant, even when she can see her own ass! Talk about the ultimate in angry sex!

I'm absolutely longing for Bill/Sam, Eric/Alcide! And I have always loved Alan Ball. "Six Feet Under" was the grandaddy of weird, while having a semi-normal gay couple (David's trip to SF notwithstanding), one of the first if memory serves.

I could not agree more with that statement. I do not think you can get any angrier than head twisted around backwards sex.

Up until Alcide was introduced I was lacking in the male slash. None of the guys really did anything for me. I was enjoying me some Tara and Sookie and even Pam, kind of trashy but still a little on the hot side.

Same here. For me, Eric floated alone in Hunk Heaven. I've never been turned on by diminutive men, and to pair E with anyone in the cast until Alcide's arrival would look like he was molesting a young boy. Ew! Now, you take 6'4" of thousand-year-old Viking and pit him against a solid slab of sexy wolf flesh ... THAT I can smolder over for hours on end! ;-)

See Keep Your Enemies In Front Of You for a wonderful E/A fic. kahtyasofia is a great writer with a touch of darkness I enjoy.
